Please contact us if you have questions about the policy.

Our typical payment fee schedule follows*:

Partial Payment – 25% payable after customer approval
Final Payment – 25% payable at project delivery

*Any deviation from this normal schedule will be indicated in the project proposal, contract, and invoice*

Consultation Fees
Our consultation service is customized, catering specifically to the needs of the client.
Since this is not a one-size-fits-all service, we do not offer refunds of consultation fees.

Website Design
Our website design is also a customized service. Before the first line of code is written, we obtain client approval. In addition, we have several meetings with the client during the process, to ensure their approval of the progress-to-date. If the client does not approve the web design plan, we do not move forward.
As such, we will only offer refunds of the deposit.
100% refund of the deposit is allowed if no work has been performed.
If work has been performed, we will refund the deposit minus the cost of work performed.
